Check in times are after 4pm and check out is 10am. We cannot accommodate earlier than  4pm to check in as the rooms and public areas need time for cleaning and preparation for your stay. 
Welcome to our B&B nestled away on the Isle of Yell in Shetland. Experience amazing views, walks, bird watching, fishing and nature and return to the comfort and warmth of Sea View B&B.  We offer a twin room and a double bed room which has an extra bed to convert to being a twin room, sleeping two people in each room. All rooms have en-suite toilet, washbasin and shower and multi channel TV.

  Shetland is a photographers dream location. Make  the most of our gorgeous changing skies or catch the Northern Lights (conditions dependant in Winter)  

We do not provide evening meals, however, you do have your own microwave and fridge in the guest lounge and there is a fully stocked shop right next door, open 830am until 8pm mon-Fri, 830 until 6pm sat and 2-5 Sunday. We cannot heat up frozen food that you purchase. We provide a nutritious breakfast cooked to your liking between 0800 and 0900hrs daily. Earlier times can be provided as cereals or continental breakfast. 

PLEASE NOTE : our kitchen is for staff use only for health and safety reasons , we cannot provide a hob for guests but food can be warmed by guests in their own microwave in the guest lounge
