Our Bed & Breakfast is a fantastic base for exploring and birdwatching, fishing and nature. We are next door to the Aywick shop and you can sit in your own comfortable lounge and observe the wonderful sea view. We have a lot of local knowledge, especially about birdwatching and fishing locations. As we are a Bed and Breakfast facility we do not offer evening meals, but we do offer facilities for you to prepare something. We offer a cooked breakfast, prepared to your preference between 0800 and 0900 hrs. Earlier than this, and we can provide cereals or continental choices.

Sea views across to the island of Fetlar. Generous guest lounge with open fire and multi channel tv, free wi-fi, tea/coffee facilities and a fridge and microwave for guests to make their own evening meal (no hob or kitchen access to guests for food hygiene and safety reasons). Telescope available for star gazing and the northern lights (when available). Comfortable rooms all with en suite shower rooms. Fully stocked shop next door (Aywick shop, please check opening hours which are variable). Pebble beach a few minutes walk away. Local knowledge about wildlife and birdwatching and local fishing locations.
